The four day retreat at Galong was lead by Bishop David Walker, the founder of the Centre for Christian Spirituality in the Broken Bay Diocese. He shared with us priests some wonderful insights, helpful for our own spiritual lives. This time also gave me the opportunity to get to know the younger priests and I am relaxed and confident my replacement next August will bring a greater energy and new talents to our communion of communities.
