On Good Shepherd Sunday we were supposed to have a collection for the support of educating our seminarians.  As I can’t find the envelopes, which obviously have been thrown out, if you are prepared to donate, please go to www.cgcatholic.org.au/donate or email giving@cg.org.au.  You may remember Arlindo Gutteres the smallest of the seminarians from Timor Leste who spent time with us a few years ago, he has been chosen to complete his studies for the priesthood in Rome.

It was a lovely gathering last Saturday after Mass for a ‘pizza meal’ and I am grateful to Lourdes and her team for organizing this social event.

Next Sunday we celebrate Pentecost and I suggest we pray for our communities each day this coming week with the prayer to the Holy Spirit.
